All appointments for Handel Center are by referral only. Once you have been referred to Handel Center, be sure to contact us to set your first appointment.

Imaging & Patient Demographic

Please bring ALL your imaging, as well as any office notes, pertaining to your visit. If you have questions as to what to bring with you, contact our office.

Insurance Information

Handel Center will need your insurance information, as well as authorized Worker’s Comp & PCP insurance referrals if needed.
